Small Steps. Real Change.
Last week, I shared a glimpse into a hard season that shook my routines, energy, and finances. It wasn’t easy to talk about, but I knew I couldn’t keep shrinking myself or pretending everything was fine.
What’s been even more powerful than telling the truth… is learning how to live through it.
These small changes are helping me rebuild, without the pressure to bounce back:
1. I’m showing up for myself slowly and with grace.
No more chasing perfection. These days, it’s a glass of water, my meds, a little sunlight, and ten minutes of journaling in the morning. That’s it. And that’s enough for the moment.
2. I’m creating again.
I finished a brand-new free affirmation guide to help women like me speak life over our finances, wellness, and purpose, especially on the hard days. I also planned and recorded a YouTube video (coming later this month!). And I’ve been writing online more than I have in years. Creating again feels like reconnecting to my purpose.
3. I’m letting support in.
I’ve stopped trying to carry everything on my own. I just spent three days in South Carolina with my parents, which I needed. I’m speaking up, asking for help, and reminding myself I can be supported.
This isn’t a reset button. It’s a softer, steadier way forward — and I’m walking it day by day.
If you’re in your own rebuilding season, I hope this reminds you that you’re not behind and you’re not broken. You can start again.
